She is associate professor at Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar west Sulawesi Indonesia. She is a lecturer, global speaker and international leader. Some of her achievements at her university, she was the chairman of the Indonesian language department at teacher training and education faculty, she was a public relation at her university and Director of women’s Centre studies, and deputy director of the Quality Assurance Unit also at her university.  Now, she is Deputy Director of language and Character development institute at her university.  In the current year she is active as International Member, international Coordinator conference and International trainer. She is also as International Board for Professors and Expert of Scientific Innovation Research Group, EGYPT, International board of TEFL KUWAIT (Member of Large) representing ASIAN, she is also as Country Head, ambassador and country director for many international organizations representing Indonesia.

She also has an excellent experience as a visiting professor to lecture on ICT, Technology in Education, Research Method, Education Management, Empowerment women, Edupreneurship, teaching, research and Development, and many other topics relevant to ICT research and teacher development, SDGS for Quality Education and quality enhancement in higher education at many Universities.

She is the winner of many more than 100+ awards in the world such as:  Outstanding professor, outstanding leadership, Best International Influencer, Best emerging Professor of the year, International award for working women, Best Speaker, SDGS Warrior, Best Global Outstanding Educational Innovation etc. She is also on the board of International Journal and blind reviewer of Q1 Journal.

Ms. Laura ȘMULEAC is Vice Dean at the Faculty of Agriculture in charge of research, innovation and technological transfer, senior Lecturer at the BUASMVT, in the Sustainable

Development and Environmental Engineering Department. In the same Faculty, she is also Erasmus+ departmental coordinator and responsible with International Relations. Within IRO, she is coordinating the international activity related to partnerships and agreements with Asia, having at the moment 25 partner universities.

Ms. Laura Smuleac is also coordinator of the Bachelor study program Agriculture. She has published as main/co-author more than 100 scientific papers and 6 books. She is also MEMBER of the board of the Graduation and Dissertation Examination, Environmental Engineering and Protection in Agriculture and she coordinated more than 30 students for their bachelor and master thesis.

He is Erasmus + Head of Office at Banat ‘s University of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine “King Michael I of Romania”, from Timisoara and he has been involved in the International relations office activity and global international relations.

He has studied foreign languages and acquired knowledge and information about international cooperation with several countries, than in he has followed the same line, modern languages, studying translation and interpretation, diplomacy and international relations.

He is Associate professor, in Biology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Université de Ain Temouchent, Algeria and he has been involved in coordinating international relations office and projects activity also He has been Scientific researcher in laboratory of physiopathology and biochemistry of nutrition, University of Tlemcen.

He has been hhosting and participating in national and international Erasmus+ conferences, info days, workshops, staff weeks, and webinars.

Presently he was appointed as the Ambassador at Large, Country Ambassador and Director for the International Human Rights Movement Philippines under the umbrella of the United Nations.

Earlier he was designated to the position of Assistant Director/Extension Coordinator and Associate Professor II of the Department of Research, Development, and Extension in the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA). He was named an Outstanding Alumnus of the Graduate School of Urdaneta City University, Pangasinan, in 2019, and a Multi-Awarded International Researcher and Global Leader from 2020 to the present.

At present, he was appointed as Technical Research Evaluator by the Department of Science and Technology and has published 72 research articles with 43 citations in ResearchGate and 36 citations in Google Scholar indexed in Google Scholar, Crossref, Dimensions, ROAD, Scilit, Garuda, ICI Copernicus, ScienceGate, ISI Indexing, Semantic Scholar, EBSCO, DOAJ, SINTA, SINTA2, SINTA4, CHED Accredited Journal, ASEAN Citation Index (ACI), Harvard Library, Stanford University Library, UCLA University Library, and Purdue University Library, EarthPlus, Philippine E-Journals, Publons (Web of Science), Base, Scopus Q2 Indexing and AGPI. He also published 12 international books in Europe, Indonesia, and India.
